Sleeping up to 8 guests in four en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds, the villa spans two floors — living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom on the ground floor; three further en-suite bedrooms, two with private balconies, on the upper floor.

At the heart of the outdoor space is a 40 m² heated pool with hydromassage jets, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. A covered pergola with dining area, Smart TV, premium sound system, and an authentic Dalmatian BBQ fireplace invites long summer evenings.
